Workshop "Bone Grafting Techniques"

2-hour hands-on workshop on anatomical preparation

As a practitioner with basic surgical experience you will learn more about advanced augmentation techniques and their practical application in this workshop using both video and live presentations. Gain hands-on experience in harvesting retromolar bone blocks with the FRIOS MicroSaw, application of the tunnel technique and bone regeneration using the biological concept. Perfect your expertise in the area of specialized transplantation procedures.

Workshop "Soft-tissue Management"

2-hour hands-on workshop on anatomical preparation

Soft-tissue management is becoming more important, because in many cases it is one of the decisive factors in the functional and esthetic long-term success rate of the implant-supported superstructure. In this workshop you will learn the relevant basic techniques of soft-tissue surgery. After a short theoretical introduction to the areas of application of the procedure, the surgical techniques will be demonstrated on the swine cadaver step-by-step and you will try them for yourself. Both conventional and microsurgical instruments will be used to increase your knowledge of advanced peri-implant soft-tissue surgery.

Workshop "Guided Surgery with ExpertEase"

2-hour planning workshop with practical exercises

This workshop will give you an overview of the possibilities of computer-guided implantology. You will familiarize yourself with treatment planning using ExpertEase and practice on the model with the guide and instruments.

• Introduction to computer-guided implantology, treatment planning and implementation using the example of a previously restored case
• Introduction to ExpertEase software
• Demonstration of implant planning with ExpertEase on the prepared data set including explanations of special features
• Presentation of the ExpertEase system and the ExpertEase surgical guide with a practical demonstration
