Select either non-indexed or indexed prosthetics with simplified abutment positioning:

• Indexed components for simple and accurate placement of abutments in one of six possible positions 
• Non-indexed components for positioning abutments as desired
• Same tapered connection in all implant types for optimum stability and rotation locking

Only ANKYLOS C/X leaves the decision up to you: use the index for easier orientation whenever this simplifies the prosthetic procedure. Use the tapered connection geometry without index if this is required by the prosthetic concept, such as when working with ANKYLOS SynCone. In both cases you can combine abutments and implants as required; every abutment fits with every implant.

New implant insertion system for easy and unique positioning

• Clearly visible step between implant and abutment
• Unique vertical positioning with view of implant shoulder, even with subcrestal placement
• Accurate circular alignment with dot marked on the new insertion instrument with planned use of indexed abutment components

In contrast to the former adapter screw, the insertion abutment locks into the tapered shape. It forms a very stable connection between the abutment and the instrument and adds additional safety when screwing in the implants. The cover screw for implants is included with the implant in future and is only used when submereged healing is required. For transgingival healing the implant is covered with a gingiva former or an abutment is placed immediately for immediate restoration.

The double-sterile blister package of the ANKYLOS C/X implants is, like all other system components, supplied in a box with a window. The brand-specific design of the stackable packages, a color-coded imprint identifying the diameter of implants, and a large seal label guarantee that all components are easily identifiable.
