Its macro-structure is modeled on the root of a natural tooth. It is so well suited for immediate implantation because its tapered implant body optimally fills out the extraction socket, while at the same time supporting the alveolar bone and protecting the neighboring structures. The FRIALIT steps guarantee an assured and controlled load transfer into the bone and prevent the decay of essential hard and soft tissue from the very outset.
FRIALIT is also equipped with the growth-activating FRIADENT plus surface, which has a positive influence on all phases of osseointegration. The radiated and etched three-dimensional surface structure of the implant favors the deposition of bone-forming cells on the FRIALIT implant, which form a homogenous structure with the surrounding bone within a short time. This promotes bone formation, sustainably improves bone quality and allows predictable long-term success.

Insertion in next to no time
The insertion of a FRIALIT implant in the extraction socket is easy and uncomplicated. The root-analogous implant fills the socket perfectly so it is unnecessary to use bone filling materials. The minimal use of a FRIALIT stepped drill is very often sufficient for placing the implant. Insertion of the implant is possible with just a few turns as a result of the step geometry. Approximately three turns are sufficient to fix the implant into its final position. The synchronized FRIALIT thread design combines increased cutting performance in cortical bone with secure anchoring.

Prosthetic esthetics
The interaction of the root-analogous FRIALIT step design and the FRIADENT prosthetic concept leads to precise reconstruction of the interdental space while preserving the papillae. The FRIADENT prosthetic has set standards in the clinic and laboratory for many years now, that is why it takes its due place alongside the implant classics so perfectly.
