ANKYLOS C/X leaves the decision up to you: use the index for easier orientation whenever this simplifies the prosthetic procedure. Use the tapered connection geometry without index if this is required by the prosthetic concept, such as when working with ANKYLOS SynCone. In both cases you can combine abutments and implants as required; every abutment fits with every implant.

Subcrestal positioning. Stable results.

With the unique keyed and friction-locked TissueCare Connection the implants can be placed subcrestally. The microstructured face area supports bone formation on the implant shoulder. There is virtually no bone resorption after loading and the outstanding tissue stability over the long term is the proof of the superior safety of the ANKYLOS concept.

Transgingival healing. Without compromise.

Don't accept any compromise when it comes to the vertical implant position. Place the implant appropriately for the bone margin and use a sulcus former corresponding to thickness of the mucosa. For the restoration ANKYLOS is a two-component implant, but in the function it acts as a single-component implant. If the tissue conditions change during the healing phase, you can use an abutment coping with a different sulcus height for the prosthetic restoration - flexible working with the best results for your patients.
