The implant is firmly seated in the bone with just a few turns and is perfectly axially aligned in the jaw. Easy insertion and unique position are combined in FRIALIT: the root-analog stepped design of the implants, which has been proven through many years of use, make this possible. The implant steps act as intraosseous stops. The chewing force is distributed directly and evenly to the lateral and apical components of the peri-implant bone. This relieves the stress on the crestal bone. This means mechanical stability and firm seating for the implant. And this is not a surprise: the design is based on the natural tooth root.

The high-temperature etched microstructure is ideal for deposition of cells. A dense fibrin network forms quickly over the entire surface and accelerates the formation of new bone. The improved wetting of the tissue, triggered by the initial hydrophilic properties of the implant surface, accelerates the deposition and differentiation of new cells.
