Record attendance at the DENTSPLY Friadent World Symposium in Barcelona

2,500 delegates attended the 14^th DENTSPLY Friadent World Symposium on March 19 - 20, 2010 in Barcelona. Under the slogan “Focusing on your Practice Success”, delegates experienced a comprehensive high-level scientific program. The abstracts of the lectures presented by almost 100 international experts can be viewed on line

A total of 167 posters were exhibited in the Poster Gallery. Three outstanding presentations in the “Case Reports”, “Clinical Trials” and “Student Poster” categories received a Poster Award. The poster abstracts are also available on the Symposium web site.

The hands-on workshops offered at the Symposium for the first time were fully booked. After the day at the congress, DENTSPLY Friadent invited all of the delegates to the “Magic Fountain” to celebrate with friends and colleagues at an atmospheric party evening with culinary specialities and a show band.
