The FRIOS Unit S/i is the best surgical unit for your operations. It is easy and reliable to use and gives the best results. It allows you to concentrate completely on the surgery and the patient – easy and efficient implant placement with the best results.

Simply practical: four preset programs can be called quickly and easily step by step – using the footswitch or directly from the device. The programs can be modified to meet specific requirements and the latest selected setting is automatically saved.

Precise access: a fifth program key allows you to control the thread-cutting function without changing the contra-angle handpiece – for a smooth surgical process.

Best overview: the large, high-contrast display shows you everything that is happening – you monitor the speed and the torque setting.

Using the footswitch: all functions from switching programs to clockwise-counterclockwise to starting the irrigation pump can be selected during surgery with the ergonomically designed footswitch. This leaves your hands free and you can work without requiring a sterile assistant.

Controlled irrigation: the new pump system controls the irrigation flow accurately and evenly in three stages – 65, 80 or 100 ml/min. The factory setting automatically stops the irrigation flow when the 'implant placement’ program is selected. This prevents unwanted wetting of the microstructured implant surface by the irrigation fluid.

Controlled power: the brushless, maintenance-free motor runs smoothly and quietly with optimum, efficient power transfer – easy to handle with its ergonomical design with a practical bracket on the stand.

Simple hygiene: motor, cable, stand and handpiece bracket can be sterilized at 135 °C.
